About these terms
These terms govern access to sonoamp’s music-analysis, playlist-discovery, pitching and curator-workflow services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to follow the final version of these terms published at launch.
sonoamp is currently preparing for public release. Paid features, credit rules and contracting-entity details remain subject to final review.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, and be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for activity carried out through your workspace.
Artist and curator profiles must represent people, organisations, catalogues or playlists you are authorised to manage.
Connected music services
You may connect Spotify links and other supported music-service data. You remain responsible for complying with those services’ terms. sonoamp does not own Spotify, its catalogue or third-party playlist data, and availability can change when a connected service changes.
Analysis and fit evidence
Analysis outputs and playlist-fit scores are decision-support tools. They may be incomplete, probabilistic or wrong and should not be treated as a promise of commercial performance, audience growth or placement.
A fit score explains patterns in the available data. Curators retain full editorial control.
Pitches and curator decisions
Artists must submit only music they are entitled to share. Curators may listen, reply, pass, shortlist, consider or add at their discretion. Paying credits secures only the review terms shown at submission; it never guarantees a playlist add.
Users must not manipulate streams, fabricate engagement, misrepresent relationships, or use sonoamp to facilitate pay-for-placement arrangements.
Subscriptions, credits and refunds
Plan prices, credit allowances, curator review prices and refund settings are shown before purchase or submission. The final rules for renewal, expiry, rollover, taxes and withdrawal rights will appear in the paid-launch version of these terms.
Our separate refund policy explains the working approach to cancellations and credit refunds.
Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of music, artwork, messages and other material you provide. You grant sonoamp the limited permission needed to host, process, analyse and display that material to operate the service and any public profile you enable.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or malicious material; scrape the service; interfere with security; or use automated access without permission.
Availability, suspension and liability
We aim to keep sonoamp reliable, but the service may change or be interrupted. We may restrict an account to protect users, connected services or the platform, or where these terms are materially breached.
Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, governing law and dispute terms will be added after legal review.
