01

Working policy

This is a placeholder for sonoamp’s final cancellation and refund policy. It explains the intended direction but does not replace statutory consumer rights or the terms shown at checkout.

Before paid launch, this page will be updated with the contracting entity, support process, response times and country-specific withdrawal rights.

02

Subscriptions

You will be able to cancel a subscription so it does not renew. Access and recurring allowances are expected to continue until the end of the paid billing period.

The final policy will state whether and when partial-period refunds are available, including any mandatory cooling-off rights.

03

Purchased credit packs

The final policy will define the refund window for unused purchased credits. Credits that have already been committed to or spent on pitches are not expected to be treated as unused.

We will make the expiry, rollover and refund status of credits visible before purchases open.

04

When a curator passes

A playlist’s decline-refund setting controls how many pitch credits return automatically when the curator passes. Artists see that number before submitting, and the snapshotted setting stays attached to the pitch.

This product-level credit return is separate from a cash refund for a subscription or credit-pack purchase.

05

Service problems and mistakes

If credits are charged twice, a submission fails, or the service does not apply the terms shown at submission, contact us so we can investigate and correct the account where appropriate.

Suspected fraud, chargebacks and abuse may require the relevant account or balance to be temporarily restricted during review.

06

How to request help

Email support@sonoamp.com with the account email, transaction or pitch reference, date and a short explanation. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Final service levels and escalation routes will be published before paid launch.
